Electric suspended platform ZLP1000 is also called electric cradle. ZLP1000 suspended platform has higher rated capacity than other models. Suspended platform is a type of suspended access equipment, which is temporarily installed and easy to operate.
In some cases, hanging platform saves more time and cost than traditional scaffolding, and is safer and more convenient, such as window cleaning of high-rise building, maintenance for vertical vessels and so on.
Working principle
The suspended cradles are driven by two electric hoists and steel wire rope, running against the building facade while the suspension mechanism was erected on buildings or structures.

To ensure safe operation without danger to personnel, the platform is fitted with the following safety devices
- Service brake incorporated in the LTD hoist
- Two fall arrest devices acting on the safety wire ropes
- Two upper limit switches
- No power descent in case of power failure
- Emergency stop
