Important components and features of temporary suspended platform

1. 2 types of materials: (1)Aluminum alloy; (2)steel(Hot dipping zinc or galvanized)
2. Hoist: with famous brand of electric hoist, accomplish the climbing movement with the help of reducing mechanism and rope rolling mechanism, a centrifugal speed limiter is assembled to realize manual operation smooth landing.  it is with high density of body, high intensity, impact resistance and wear resistance. The accident rate is low and the service life is long.
3. Electric control box: The stainless steel electrical panel box is used for the control of up and down movements of the building gondola. The main elements are mounted onto an isolated plate, and the universal switch, power indicator light, starting button and emergency stop button are fixed on the panel.
4. Safety system:
   (1) Service brake incorporated in the LTD hoist.
   (2) Overload sensor incorporated in the LTD hoists according to EN 1808. (Option)
   (3) Two upper limit switches.
   (4) Non-Power descent function in case of power failure.
   (5) Emergency stop.
   (6) Phase controller. (Option)
   (7) Safety lock: LSG20/LSG30 Model, anti-tilt safety lock.
   If the suspended platform tilts due to a break in the working wire rope or a fall of one end, it automatically locks the safety wire rope to prevent the suspended platform from falling. The suspended access system is equipped with two safety locks, one mounted on the upper part of the hoist bracket at each end of the suspended platform.
5. Limit Switch: As a safeguarding appliance for the construction lifter.
6. Steel wire rope: the steel cable is used in the temporary installation of suspended access cradles, window cleaning scaffolding and manual hoisting equipment.
