Suspended platform is high manned operation equipment, special attention should be paid to its safe operation and use. When used, it shall strictly comply with relevant regulations and standards of aerial work, labor safety, construction safety, safe electricity use, and other regulations and standards.

According to the characteristics of the cradle, the following safety operation and use rules should be strictly observed.
1. Suspended platform inspection checklist
(1) Appearance inspection: check the working platform, hoist, and the connection between the hoist and the working platform should be free of the following conditions: abnormal wear, corrosion, dislocation, installation error, surface cracks, overload, abnormal loosening, fracture, and welding.
(2)Check the suspension mechanism and whether each fastener is firmly connected. The counterweight and working wire rope shall meet the safety technical requirements.
(3)The connection of the steel wire rope is firm and free from abnormal phenomena such as excessive wear and fracture. The scrapped steel wire rope must be replaced. The pendulum hammer suspended from the lower end of the wire rope is installed properly.
(4)Electric boxes, cables, control buttons, plugs should be intact, limit switches, hand-held switches, etc. should be flexible and reliable. To check whether the cable is damaged or not, it is necessary to wrap the cable, tighten the plug, connect the protection zero line reliably and test whether the leakage protection switch of the distribution box in the basket is sensitive and reliable.
(5)The hoist works normally without excessive vibration. There is no abnormal function of the lock rope of the hoist brake and safety lock.
(6)The seatbelt should be well configured (self-contained).
The above six items must be checked one by one before using the hanging platform every day. If there is any discrepancy, it should be corrected immediately.
2. Safe movement and disassembly of the electric suspended platform
(1) The removal of the suspended working platform must be under the supervision of the hammer site personnel. For the suspended platform to be removed, the removal can only be carried out if there is no worker working or staying under the gondola.
(2) After the working platform must be firmly set on the ground, start the hoist to put forward.
(3) Straighten the safety lock and steel wire rope, drop the drop hammer and then lifts the steel wire rope out of the safety lock slowly.
(4) Remove the cables and pull them from the ground to the roof pan and tie them up.
(5) Remove the beams, remove the support, remove the counterweight iron, and place it neatly for transportation.
(6) When laying the springboard in the suspended working platform, the material of the baseboard shall meet the requirements, be fully paved and solid, and there shall be no probe board.
(7) The outer side of the hanging basket should be closed with the dense mesh safety net, and the protective plate isolation layer should be set up for multi-layer operation. The hanging work platform basket should be firmly connected with the building during operation.

3. Operating regulations
(1) The electric suspended platforms must be operated, repaired, and maintained by qualified personnel after technical training. These personnels must be free from illnesses and physical defects that do not suit working at high places. After drinking, excessive fatigue and abnormal emotions are forbidden.
(2) Personnel entering the basket must be equipped with and buckle the safety belts and wear safety caps.
(3) Operators must earnestly study and master correct operation methods before boarding the machine. Before use, it must be inspected one by one according to the inspection items. Only after passing the inspection, can it be put into use. Safety operation regulations must be strictly implemented in use: Maintenance work should be done carefully after use.
(4) No load is allowed on the working platform. The load should be uniform on the whole length of the platform. When the construction height is high and the projection length of the front beam is out of the specified range, the load of the platform must be reduced and the influence of wind pressure must be considered when the wind is strong. It is strictly forbidden to work on baskets, hoists, safety locks, wire ropes, etc.
(5) In normal work, it is forbidden to touch the sliding device and brake with a safety lock. If the working platform tilts, it should be adjusted in time.
(6) When working around the high-voltage line, the cradle shall have sufficient safety distance from the high-voltage line, and shall be implemented according to the electrical regulations of our city, reported to the relevant departments for approval, and used only after taking preventive and monitoring measures.
(7) When the working platform is suspended in the air, it is strictly forbidden to remove hoist, safety lock, wire rope, etc. When the failure is determined to be repaired, the repairs can only be carried out by trained and qualified professionals after implementing safe and reliable measures.
(8) The suspended cradle is prohibited from working in thunderstorm weather or strong wind above grade 5.
(9) In case of an emergency such as breakage of working wire rope, the operator should be calm, stop immediately, and evacuate the working platform safely. Equipment problems are dealt with by dedicated maintenance personnel.
(10) The ground beneath the cradle is a prohibited area. Isolation measures and obvious warning signs should be taken. Other requirements concerning safety techniques for workers, safety measures for on-site operation, labor protection, safe power consumption and fire control shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations promulgated by the state and local governments.
(11) When the two sides of the suspension platform tilt more than 15m, it should be adjusted in time, otherwise it will seriously affect the use of safety locks, and even damage the internal parts.
(12) Cloths or other air-tight materials are strictly forbidden to surround the railings of the suspension platform to avoid increasing wind resistance coefficient and potential safety hazards.
(13) The suspended working platform shall be lowered to the ground at the end of each day so that the safety lock swing arm can be relaxed.
(16) The working and safety wire ropes shall not be bent, contaminated with oil, foreign matters, welding slag, or ablation. It is strictly forbidden to use the working wire ropes and safety lock wire ropes as the low-voltage electric circuit of electric welding.
(17) Foreign bodies such as mortar, glue, and waste paper paint are strictly prohibited from entering the hoist and safety lock during use. At the end of each day, close the power switch, lock the electrical box, lower the work platform to the ground and park, loosen the working wire rope, so that the safety lock swing arm is in a slack state. Rain protection measures shall be taken for open storage to prevent rainwater from entering the hoist, safety lock, electrical box, and other equipment.
(18) Full-time maintenance personnel shall regularly inspect and record the main components of the complete machine, and report the faults to the relevant departments in writing.
(19) When springboards are laid in the hampers, the material of the scaffolding board shall meet the requirements and be laid full and firmly with rods and without probe board.
(20) The protective plate insulation layer shall be set for multi-layer operation of the hanging basket, and the hanging basket shall be firmly connected to the building during operation.
(21) When lifting the frame, the non-operator shall not stay in the cradle.
(22) Safety submission shall be made to the operator before operation. After each lifting, it shall be checked and accepted by the construction, technical, and safety personnel before use.
