- Mandatory Pre-Shift Inspection
Before every shift, operators must perform a visual inspection of the hoist, safety locks, and steel wire ropes. Look for signs of wear, kinking, or rust. Never operate a platform that has failed a daily check.
- Standardized Counterweight Management
Ensure the suspension mechanism is secured with the correct amount of counterweights. For Hengxiang ZLP series, the standard is 1,000kg. These must be securely fastened to prevent accidental displacement.
- Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS)
